Alice M. Remsberg

Alice M. Remsberg, 85, Wells, passed away Monday morning at St. Francis Hospital. She was born in Iron Mountain, MI on September 4, 1925, the daughter of the late Joseph and Isabel (Couillard) Guindon. On February 27, 1954 she married the late Homer Remsberg in Escanaba.

Alice volunteered her time with the Meals on Wheels program in wells. She also enjoyed playing cards, going out to lunch with her family and friends and wintering in Florida with her husband after his retirement.

She is survived by one brother: Francis (Mary) Guindon, nieces and nephews: Diane Isaacson, Daune St. Vincent, Daryl St. Vincent, Allen (Lisa) Guindon and Penny (Charles) Propst, as well as many great nieces and nephews.

Alice was preceded in death by her parents, her husband and one sister: Leona St. Vincent.

Honoring Alice Remsberg's wishes, her family will have a private burial service at Holy Cross Cemetery where she will be laid to rest next to her husband.

The Allo Coolman Funeral Home of Escanaba is assisting her family.
