Donald "Don" D. Mann, 93, Daggett, passed away on Monday May 9, 2022 at his home. He was born on August 20, 1928 in Oxford, MI, son of the late L-Ray and Clara (Kline) Mann. On September 24, 1982 he married the former Cynthia Mathias in Menominee, MI.
Don retired as a COL after 31 years proudly serving his country in the U.S. Army.
He is survived by his wife, daughter: Melanie Mann, grandson: Donald Mann, and many nieces and nephews.
Don was preceded in death by his parents, a son: Donald Mann II, brothers: Kenneth, Charles and George Mann, and a sister: Helen Hooper.
In keeping with Donald's wishes, there will be no public services. His family will celebrate his life together at a later time.
The Allo Coolman Funeral Homes are assisting the Mann family.

"Dear Family, I worked with Don for many years, and he was a very special man. I crossed the picket line during the coal strike one time to go see him in his office. I can't say enough about him.
