Edward John Kleikamp, 79, of Wilson, passed away on Thursday October 28, 2010 at his home. He was born on July 1, 1931 to the late Edward and Ruby (Harke) Kleikamp in Marinette, WI.

He graduated from Stephenson High School.

On April 14, 1956 he married Shirley Gagne at St. Francis Church.

Worked in the woods for many years after High School. He was a farmer all of his life and worked for Harnischfeger Corp. in Escanaba for 18 years.

He enjoyed snowmobiling, Green Bay Packers, going to camp, hunting, and foresting in the woods.

Edward was a member of Normenco Sportsman’s Club.

He is survived by his wife Shirley, sons Patrick Kleikamp, Gerald (Jeanne) Kleikamp and Roger Kleikamp all of Wilson; daughters Janice Bingham of Escanaba and Nancy (Jim) Motto of Wilson; 4 grandchildren; and 2 great grandchildren.

Friends may call from 3:00 to 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Saturday October 30, 2010 at Allo Coolman Funeral Home in Spalding. A funeral service to celebrate Edward Kleikamp's life will follow visitation at 5:00 p.m. (CST) on Saturday at Allo Coolman Funeral Home with Fr. Emmett Norden officiating. Burial will take place in the Spalding Township Cemetery.
