Elizabeth "Liz" A. Wilkey, 68, Wilson, passed away on Wednesday October 6, 2010 at Marquette General Hospital surrounded by her family. She was born on October 9, 1941 to the late Wiley and Elizabeth (Vire) Walters Sr. in Terre Hute, IN.

Liz loved camping, hunting, fishing and bird watching. She will be remembered by her family as a very loving mother, grandmother and sister. Most importantly to Liz, was spending time with her family and friends.

She is survived by her seven children: Fred (Kathy) Wilkey, David (Margaret) Wilkey, Kenneth (Renee) Wilkey, Elizabeth (Mark) Gudwer, Cynthia LaFave, Scott McDonald and Texas (Amy) McDonald, two brothers: Wiley Walters Jr. and John (Pat) Walters Sr., nineteen grandchildren, nineteen great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Liz was preceded in death by her parents, an infant son: James Wilkey and three grandsons.

Honoring Elizabeth Wilkey's wishes, she will be remembered with a private family service at a later date. The Allo Coolman Funeral Home of Spalding is assisting her family.
