          Margaret Mary Tomascik, 98, Hermansville, passed away on Tuesday September 27, 2016 at Pinecrest Medical Care Facility in Powers. She was born on April 5, 1918 in Argo, IL, the daughter of the late Stephen and Anna (Drda'k) Tomascik.
 
          Margaret was a member of St. John Neumann Church, the St. Anne's Society and the American Legion Auxiliary Post #340. She retired after 40 years of working at Heresite Chemical Company in Manitowoc, WI.    
 
          She is survived by one sister: Irene Framarin, two nieces: Nancy (Alan) Whitens and Susan Framarin, one nephew: Steve Framarin, as well as great and great-great nieces and nephews.
 
          Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers: Steve and George Tomascik, two sisters: Mary Puls and Josephine Tomascik and an infant sister: Anna.
 
          Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Saturday October 1, 2016 at St. John Neumann Church in Spalding. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Saturday at church with Fr. Michael Vichich officiating. Burial will follow Mass in the Meyer Township Cemetery. A luncheon will be held in the church parish hall.
