Mark E. Peacock
Date of Death: March, 11 2022

Mark E. Peacock, 66, Gladstone, passed away unexpectedly on Friday March 11, 2022 at St. Francis Hospital. He was born on November 28, 1955 in Escanaba, son of Edwin Peacock and the late Leatrice (Drossart) Peacock. On January 8, 1977 he married the former Lynn Levesque in Escanaba.

Mark had many hobbies which included racing, classic cars, and attending car shows. Not only did he completely restore his 1953 Lincoln Capri, a pride and joy, but also was President of the Hermansville Car Club for several years before retiring in 2021. Other hobbies included woodworking and 3D printing, but perhaps he was most notorious for his love of music and fixing instruments. He sure knew how to raise the roof with his fiddle playing, and was in many local bands including his latest, Country Slingers.

Mark is survived by his father, his wife, two daughters: Jennifer Peacock (Michael McMahon) and Kelly Peacock (Marcus Holmes), one brother: Joe (Nancy) Peacock, two sisters: Karen Peacock and Laura (Rob) Manninen, three grandchildren: Evan, Allie, and Treavon, as well as nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his mother.

A celebration of Mark's life will be held on Saturday June 18, 2022 from 1:00 to 4:00 p.m. at the Flat Rock Pavilion.

The Allo Coolman Funeral Homes are assisting the Peacock family.
