Mary Ann (Steinhoff) Yagodzinski
Date of Death: April, 28 2026

Mary Ann (Steinhoff) Yagodzinski, age 69, of Spalding, Michigan, passed away peacefully at home on April 28, 2026.

Mary was born on October 24, 1956, in Bay City, Michigan, the daughter of Gerald and Elsie Steinhoff.

Raised in lower Michigan, Mary moved with her family to Spalding during her senior year of high school. It was there that she planted roots and built a life with her husband of 34 years, Kevin, her three children, and her three grandchildren.

Mary found joy in a beautiful day on the golf course, family camping trips, and, most of all, time spent as a grandmother. She took great pride in her years of service with the Community Action Agency, providing in-home care to those in need.

She is survived by her husband, Kevin Yagodzinski; her children, Amanda (St. Juliana) Reaser and her husband, David, and their son, Jackson; Jacob St. Juliana and his husband, Taylor Gehrcke; and Megan (Yagodzinski) Kleikamp and her husband, Peter, and their children, Evan and Lily. She is also survived by her siblings, Barb, Gerald Jr. (Butch), Donna, Kathleen (Kay), and Nancy, along with many nieces and nephews.

Mary will be deeply missed and lovingly remembered by all who knew her.

A celebration of life will take place on Saturday May 9, 2026 from 2:00 to 5:00 p.m. (CST), at the Carney American Legion Post #487, 222 N US Highway 41 Carney, MI 49812. Eulogy and reflections will begin at 2:30 p.m. and food and refreshments to follow. We invite all who knew and loved Mary to join us in honoring her memory.
