Patricia "Patti" A. Adzima, 51, Powers, formerly of the Marquette and Gwinn area, passed away unexpectedly on Monday October 11, 2010 at her home in Powers. She was born in Lincoln, Nebraska, the daughter of the late Emery and Marion (Borndoefer) Adzima.

Patti was always enjoyable to be around and had a great love for life and was known by her family and friends to be free spirited.

She is survived by her significant other: Kim Aerts, two sisters: Susan Heck and Janet Adzima, one brother: Michael Adzima, one nephew: Christopher Heck and two nieces: Ashley and Alicia Adzima.

Her parents preceded her in death.

Friends may call from 2:00 to 4:00 p.m. (CST) on Thursday October 14, 2010 at Allo Coolman Funeral Home in Spalding. A funeral service to celebrate the life of Patricia Adzima will follow visitation on Thursday at 4:00 p.m. (CST) at Allo Coolman Funeral Home with Fr. Emmett Norden officiating.
