Condolences
  • "Dear Randy & family, Jim and John, I am so sorry for your loss. She was a very special person to me. I loved talking to her because she was so full of information and family stories. She loved her family so much and always talked about you all. I treasure those talks and all the texts every day. If there was a dark cloud over your day, Phyllis would blow it away. I hope you find comfort in knowing where she is - heaven! With all the family members she has missed so much. I know my Mom will be in the crowd to greet her. God bless you all. Love, Kathy Veale"

  • "Randy, Tammy and family, We send our heartfelt condolences. Phyllis was such a beautiful person! I would ride my bicycle, motorcycle or car to visit Randy while we were growing up. She was always so welcoming! After I joined the Navy I visited Phyllis with my wife and our Son. As I expected she treated me, my Wife and our Son like we were her own. In the last few years we were connected via social media. It was such a pleasure to receive a message from her. Again, because of her loving and accepting approach to people in her life. We will miss Phyllis. Our lives were so much better because she was part of it! ❤️🙏❤️"

  • "The library was always the safe space we needed because of this lady. Helping her get the books off the top shelf was a highlight of the day. Anyone who passed through NCAS while she held it down owes their appreciation to this kind heart. RIP - your memory will be cherished by many."
