          Clifford James "Cliff" Webber, 79, Carney, passed away on Thursday, November 29, 2018 at his home surrounded by loved ones. He was born in Spalding Township on October 24, 1939, son of the late Charles and Clara (Garlock) Webber. On February 26, 1966, Cliff married the former Rozan Sweester. She preceded him in death in 2014.
 
          Cliff loved fishing, gardening, and playing cards.
 
          He is survived by his two children: Norma (David) Dixon and John (Kelly) Anderson,  grandchildren: Russell Dixon and Amanda (Randall) Jones, great grandchildren: Valerie, David and Evangeline, siblings: Barbara (James) Hay, Wigbert Webber, Loleta (Ed) Anders, John (Julia) Webber, Judy Fadroski, Claudia (Alvin) Laurin, Allan (Rosie) Webber, Cathy (Gary) Charlier, and Michael (Sandy) Webber, special friend: Fay Runge, as well and many nieces and nephews.
 
          He was preceded in death by his parents, wife: Rozan, son: Clifford "Kippy" Webber, granddaughter: Mary Elaine Dixon, and siblings: Kenneth Klekot and Nancy Gustafson.
 
          Friends may call from 12:00 (noon) to 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Saturday, December 8, 2018 at the Carney Evangelical Free Church. A celebration of Cliff's life will be held at 2:00 p.m. (CST) on Saturday at the church with Pastor Kit Bogan officiating. A luncheon will follow services in the church fellowship hall.
         
          The Allo Coolman Funeral Homes are assisting the Webber family.
