Desirae
Why did you go away
Was it your time to go?
I'd really like to know
You were too young to leave
So many left behind to grieve
It's another sad year
I wish you were here
You'll shine in the light
As always, you'll be quite a sight
Angels and family will welcome you
Some relatives you probably never knew
“God, my Great Niece is thereâ€
“Please give her the best of careâ€
“She wasn't suppose to dieâ€
“When she passed, it made people cryâ€
She's in good hands, this I know
Another Angel in Heaven, with a bright glow
She'll be with her Great Grandmother, and Great Uncles too
So I know they will guide her, in everything she'll do
Until we meet again, sweet Desirae
Your smile will be remembered, every day
Desirae, thank you so much for being a part of my life.
You grew into a beautiful woman. I know your spiritual
presence will still be a part of our lives here on Earth.
Even though your physical presence would have been
much better. Those closest to you will need time to
grieve. They will miss you very much. I know in time
you will let them know, that the love you shared with
them here on Earth, continues from Heaven. And they
will feel your touch and know, you are never far away.
And you'll be guiding them as they continue to journey
through their lives. "

"Desirae was one of my 4th grade students at Wells Elementary. What I remember most about Desirae was her creativity and artistic ability. She always added beautiful detail that was all her! I still use a pink bookmark that she made for me that year. It's the one I turn to most often when I read aloud to my class. As I tuck it between the pages of a book, I will continue to remember and honor Desirae's memory. I am so sorry for your loss.

"Although I did not know Desirae personally, I knew two of the family members. The first being Bud Lemire and the second being Nancy Koski. When I look into the eyes of the beautiful girl, I see nothing but kindness. She must have been a sweet sweet soul. I am so very sorry for your loss. So young to go home! I do know she had a great family though and my heart is with you all. "

"You were such a beautiful person. In every way. I'm so sad I'll never see you again. Our time was short...but you amazed and impressed me in every way. My very deepest condolences and prayers go out to your family"

"Dezi was an amazing person. She opened my eyes to a world that i never thought possible, she saw beauty in everything and that was what made her so amazing. Dezi was one of the strongest minded people I’ve ever met. There was intention in everything she did, I consider myself lucky to have known her and will miss her deeply for the rest of my life. I’ll leave this quote, “Even if you’re not meant to stay, I’m happy the universe allowed your soul to stop by†â¤ï¸ðŸ¤—"
