Donald "Donnie" Louis Kang I, 51, Escanaba, passed away on Saturday morning, July 16, 2017 at his home. He was born in Lansing, MI on April 3, 1966, son of Louis F. Terrian and Katherine A. Kang. He attended Escanaba High School.
Donnie enjoyed fishing, camping, and playing Cosmic Bingo. He loved his family, spending time with them at family reunions and cookouts, and seeing his grandchildren as much as he could.
He is survived by his children: Donald Louis Kang II, Tristan R. Kang, Samantha R. Kang, Emalee A. Kang, Lea M. Kang, and Adelia G. Kang, mother: Katherine "Prunie" Kang, siblings: Alicia "Lisa" Kang, Ann Marie (Robert) Olsen, Louis Francis Terrian Jr., and Michael Terrian, grandchildren: Adriannah, Makayla, Elijah, Grace, and Ava, nephews: Jared, Austin, and Trevor Leadman, as well as many aunts, uncles, and cousins.
He was preceded in death by his father: Louis, infant brother: John Allen Kang, maternal grandparents: Frank and Dorothy Kang Sr., and aunt: Violet "Punkie" Couillard.
Private services will be held at the convenience of the family.
