Mary E. Walters, 60, Powers, passed away on Saturday October 25, 2014 at Dickinson County Hospital. She was born on February 14, 1954 in New York, to the late Gerard and Magedalena (Swyer) Brown.
Mary worked as a nurses aid most of her life.
She is survived by three children: Elliott Walters, Clara Walters and Amenda (Jeremiah) Johnson, three siblings and three beloved grandchildren.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents and one sister.
In keeping with Mary's wishes, there will be no public services. Her family will celebrate her life with a private memorial service.
