          Susan E. Johnson, 67 of Hermansville, MI passed away on March 14, 2019 at St. Vincent Hospital in Green Bay, WI. Susan was preceded in death by her beloved Andrew Wencl, parents Louise (Strauss) and Conrad Johnson, brothers Gary Johnson and Dennis Johnson.
 
          Susan is survived by her sister Phyllis Johnson of Hermansville, MI; brother Lance (Betty) Johnson of Sugar Grove, IL; Sister-in-law Ruby Johnson of Wheelersburg, OH; several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
 
          Susan dealt with the challenges of MS for many years. She was a caring, thoughtful, kind, generous lady who enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Reading, playing games and communicating with others through her computer were her pastime activities in recent years. Susan worked as office manager at Wilton Mfg. in Chicago, IL for several years. Returning to Hermansville, she owned and operated the Back Forty for 12 years. 
 
          Friends may call from 10:00 to 11:00 a.m. (CST) on Saturday March 23, 2019 at the Allo Coolman Funeral Home (W3755 US 2, Spalding, MI 49886). Susan’s Celebration of Life will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. at the Funeral Home on Saturday with pastor Chris Bergquist officiating. A luncheon will follow services in the St. John Neumann Church parish hall. She will be laid to rest next to Andrew in the Meyer Township Cemetery in the spring.
